TekConnect offers a new way of delivering IT services to your customers.

We are a value-added provider of private label technology services helping organizations build, manage and streamline their services channel. TekConnect serves as a single point solution for service sales, delivery and support for customers that span the entire information technology supply chain including major manufacturers, distributors, direct marketers and regional VARs. Leveraging a global network of service provider partners, TekConnect’s services methodology ensures consistent, high quality service delivery in order to create a uniform client experience across all solution categories. Our service model is not limited by technological or geographical barriers and is enhanced by value added services such as solution development, resource management, service delivery and sales enablement.

TekConnect does not sell products and does not solicit end-customers directly instead focusing on enabling the cost-effective and consistent delivery of Professional Services on behalf of our Customers.

Utilizing our in-house staff of Solution Architects, Engagement Managers and Partner Managers, we deliver packaged and custom professional services with low cost-of-sale, high customer satisfaction and superior technical delivery.

How is TekConnect different from other service networks?

We are the only managed services network that provides presales technical support, project scoping, engagement management, and a menu of standardized service offerings -- all at no additional charge to our Customers.

We are also the only major services network not affiliated with any major manufacturers or manufacturer products. As a matter of fact, we do not sell any products directly to our customers -- our services and solutions can therefore be truly product-agnostic. This allows us to deliver top quality technical resources without limitations.

In addition, we provide Solution Sales training and Project Management certifications based on industry recognized standards like PMI and ITIL to our Customers and Members. This enables all of our service and sales personnel to "speak the same language" and deliver more consistent solutions across all service areas.
