Customer Diversification In 2006 Sets The Stage For 2007 As CSG Keys-In On Leading Practices to Drive Service Revenue For Customers

IRVINE, Calif. – February 27, 2007 – Coast Solutions Group (CSG), a value-added distributor of enterprise professional services, is now providing services to customers and partners that span the entire IT supply chain.

“Our Customers now represent the entire spectrum of IT service providers,” said CSG President Paul Freeman. “In 2006 we delivered professional services for major manufacturers, distributors, direct marketers and regional VARs as well as small solution providers. In addition, CSG has not attempted to build a network of technical resources and solution providers that competes with existing technical-resource networks and staffing companies. “We partner with all of those types of companies so that we have the flexibility to tap into what is essentially the largest independent network of service delivery resources,” Freeman said. “This is a major key when it comes to finding high quality IT resources to fulfill an assignment. Because we’re not locked into our own silo of providers, we find the right resources all of the time for our customers – anywhere in the U.S.”

By proving the CSG model could help launch service offerings across different types of companies, CSG has set the stage for 2007 as the company focus shifts to driving more service revenue for its customers. “In addition to custom scoping and delivery solutions, we will help our customers develop and sell new packaged services that go along with their products and services,” Freeman said. “This can help their business expand into a new service area, add services to a pure product sale, or enhance one of their own current service offerings much more quickly.”
